Inclement Weather For information regarding potential class cancelations due to inclement weather or other reasons, please call 703-895-7290 for a recorded message. 

 The procedure for notification, cancellation, or delay is as follows:
1.  Early Sunday morning an assessment of weather conditions in the area will be made.  Scott Craig will discuss weather conditions with the Pastor and make a decision whether to have Bible Class and/or to delay starting time. 
2.  By 7:30 AM on Sunday, Scott Craig will contract Kathi Haley to have a message placed on the NCBC telephone (703-895-7290) voicemail that will inform the congregation if class will be held and/or if there will be a delay in the starting time.  An E-mail notification will be sent to members if time permits.
3.  NCBC members should dial 703-895-7290 to find out what the latest status of class is.
4.  For Tuesday prayer meeting and class the procedures are the same with the exception that a decision will be made no later than 5:00 pm and contacting NCBC should be no earlier than 5:30 pm.  5.  If Scott Craig is out of town, Bill Senn will follow the same procedures.
